Welcome to our features page where we explain to you the various cool features of our web counters.
1.
Summary
This feature is the first screen you will see when you log into your
members area. It shows you a quick overview of pageloads,
clicks, unique visitors and return visitors. Personally I
like to see unique visitors to analyze how many new visitors are
reaching my sites daily.
2. Popular
Pages
Do you wonder which pages your visitors love best? Wonder no
more, this feature allows you to learn what pages your visitors love
best. I suggest to help your visitors find these pages, you
hyperlink them from your main page and you might end up with more
backlinks from your site visitors in the long run with this strategy.
3.

4. Popular

This feature allows you to find our which of your domains are doing
well and receiving visitors.
5. Entry
Pages
This feature allows you to determine what pages your visitors are using
to enter your site and maybe you can spruce it up or include a form to
capture their email addresses.
6. Exit
Pages
This feature is quite critical in the sense that if you know where most
of your visitors are leaving your site from, you can place adsense
blocks there to earn money from the exit clicks.
7. Came
From
This feature allows you to learn where your visitors are coming from
and do more promotion in that area.
8. Keyword
Analysis
This feature is my favourite. It allows you to figure out
what keywords, your visitors are using to find your site from the
search engines. I would generate a list and then hop over to
google adwords tool and brainstorm for more related keyword topics and
write more related content on those areas.
9. Search
Engine Wars
This shows you which search engine is sending you traffic and you can
then learn how to optimize your site for that.
10. Visitor
Paths/Activity
This shows you where your visitors are coming from and how long they
are spending on your site. This tells you whether your
visitors are readers or browsers. An interesting concept that
will also affect whether you write long content or short snippets of
information.
11. Online

12. Pageload
Activity
This shows you the IP address of your visitors. This is
useful when you are paying for pay per click traffic or any other form

This feature tracks what hyperlinks are clicked the most.
Quite useful in certain situations like determining whether your
visitors are clicking on your “Buy Now” link for
example.
14. Countries/Languages
This shows you where your visitors are coming from and what languages
they speak. Actually there are scripts available that can
translate your site on the fly so you can drop me an email if you want
a recommendation on this.
15. Browser
This feature allows you to learn what browsers your visitors are
using. I’m sure you have seen some pages that look
great on Firefox but look dreadful on Internet Explorer so this tool is
useful for you to learn which browser to optimize your site for.
16. Operating
Systems
This feature is interesting as if your site is a technology site, you
want to know whether to write more Linux related content or Windows
related content.
17. Screen
Resolutions
This feature is for graphics intensive sites where you want to know how
large can your website page sideways and how tall your page per fold
(i.e. each click).

This shows you how much colour your can optimize your site for
depending on the computer monitors of your website visitors.
19. Lookup

This feature is quite cool as it allows you to track frequent visitors
to your website to see how often they return to your site.
20.
Download Logs
This function allows you to download your logs and use your graph
crunching abilities to draw charts etc. For advanced users
with marketing departments who want to do profit forecasting and
advanced website statistical analysis.
